From full-time to seasonal, respondents are more positive on increasing employees over the next two years. Given the scope of jobs in the industry, average hourly wages range from Tent Crew Members ($12.94 an hour) to Service Technician IV – Master or Highly Advanced ($23.73 an hour).
Employee benefits are competitive with 73% of responding companies offering employees a healthcare plan and 60% offering a retirement plan to their employees. Vacation time offered to salaried and hourly employees is similar, ranging from about one week the first year and up to three weeks for those with 10 years of service.
